The idea for Skill Tree was born in 2021, alongside the arrival of its founders’ children. Inspired by watching how a skill-less newborn, given the right environment and guidance, grows into a uniquely skilled individual, they envisioned a place dedicated to nurturing potential. Since its official establishment in 2025, Skill Tree has stood as a home for growth.
Who are we?
Viktor Vlcev
Viktor Vlcev is a master in technology - diplomas obtained in Denmark and the UK. His expertise has been sharpened through international work experience and countless hours of dedicated self-learning. Born in the Czech Republic and now based in Bulgaria, Viktor works across multiple EU countries, gaining exposure to diverse cultures. By blending his strong technical background with a rich cultural and artistic perspective, he brings unique value to the growth of technically complex skills and products.
Yoanna Vlceva
Yoanna Vlceva is a master in management, a skill specialized in Denmark and enhanced through work experience. She designs tailored strategies that address the unique needs and goals of each individual, project, or organization—recognizing that every growth journey is unique. Yoanna approaches these strategies with diligence and care, ensuring that clients enjoy the process as much as the results. As a mother, she is equally devoted to fostering a safe, welcoming, and inspiring environment where people can grow their own way.
